The Government recently launched the Local Government Outcomes Framework (LGOF), in a move towards an outcome-focused model of accountability for councils in England.

Government invited feedback from local authorities on the LGOF approach, and the outcome and output metrics contained within it. The Local Government Association’s response on behalf of the sector is now available on our website.
